can't be conference champions if you're ineligible.
they need to study the rules more. xcoffeex
(or study more in general)

Wouldnt compare them to UCF because they actually want to compete with the best in their subdivision.

And UCF was actually eligible to participate in postseason games.

And UCF was actually eligible to participate in postseason games. And didn't get invited.

The SWAC and MEAC have a standing invite every single year and they reject then.

Massive difference in the two.

Oh also FAMU isnt eligible this year anyway due to not being able to have a roster of guys who can actually pass classes at a rate to graduate.

A&T and SC State might have something to say about that.

Not even close to the same thing.

UCF, like the rest of the G5, is automatically excluded from the CFP before the season starts. No matter what one of those teams do, they will always be left out.

I could see this MAYBE . . if they had beat B-CU. That would make them the #1 HBCU team in the nation, and they could possibly claim a Black College Football National Championship ( poll wise ).

But to do it like this, after they lose to Bethune-Cookman for the 2038th year in a row?

LOL

Pretty sure it's just a pep-rally. Besides, claiming things that haven't actually been earned is not limited to HBCUs.

I heard the AD at Jacksonville University just tweeted out an early invite to celebrate their 2020 Undefeated season!!!! Pretty much the same!

That means they’re still ineligible. UCF did in-fact play in the postseason, bowl games and conference championships are postseason.
