Thanks. Yeah, I think the coaching staff has finally figured out that with the o-line we have right now, the only way we're getting any yards at all is if the QB is going out of the pocket and throwing on the run. Trying to stand there and wait for something to happen is a recipe for giving up a TON of sacks (we're still 119th in the FCS in sacks allowed, despite only giving up 1 against USD). Even with that, it still hinges on how well the QB is doing at hitting the receivers. Some days he's all over the place and nobody's getting any catches...but every now and then he's able to connect for enough to make some good things happen. It's still unlikely that we'll get any more wins (unless we get lucky against SIU), but at least we got over the "winless hump".

Missouri St @ Southern Illinois - Salukis run their win streak to 4.

Illinois St @ South Dakota St - I've been trying to convince myself the Redbirds have a shot to pull an upset since I might as well start picking some big upsets but I just can't in this one.

Youngstown St @ South Dakota - I think YSU's true freshman QB will do some nice things in this game and the Penguins pick up the win with their backs against the wall.

Western Illinois @ North Dakota St - The Bison will end up playing about 75 guys in this game I think.

Indiana St @ Northern Iowa - The Trees haven't scored a TD on UNI since 2016 (putting up 9 points total in 3 games during that span), much of the same in this one.
