Ordered some different games for the Hens last week and was shocked by the price of William and Mary tickets. They are actually higher priced than UD (except for the box seats which you can't get anyway unless you're 70). Some of the A10 schools charge a premium for certain opponents (usually UD) or certain games (Homecoming) and some do have senior or kids discounts. Here are the non-discounted prices in the A10:

W&M: $17 - $23 depending on seat
UD: $13 - $21 depending on seat
Richmond: $15 - $20 depending on game
Villanova: $15 - $20 depending on seat
UNH: $12 - $20 depending on seat and game
JMU: $10 - $20 depending on seat and game
Maine: $15
Towson: $12 GA and $15 Reserved
URI: $13
Northeastern: $12
UMass: $10 GA and $12 Reserved
Hofstra: $8 GA and $12 Reserved

That doesn't seem all that unreasonable to me. Our ticket prices at Southeastern Louisiana are $12 for GA, $18 for reserved, and $23 for chairback. I'm not sure about the rest of the Southland, I'll have to do some research.

I know that nova jacks up the prices for Parent's Weekend and the Delaware game (typically the only two sellouts), but does anyone else in the conference use premium pricing like that?

True, but seems UD can't buy a "W" at Zable.

Come on, what are we, like 7-7 all-time in Williamsburg, and 1-1 in the playoffs? Hardly a wasteland of wins for UD. I mean, it's not like the 23-4 streak we have against UMass (inlcuding 11-2 in Amherst), but it's still decent.

This year Richmond has three games at one price and two games at a higher price. One is homecoming so that's jacked up for the date, the other is W&M which I assume is jacked up for the opponent. When UD is at UR it is a higher price. JMU also boosted the price for two games. Tix in H'burg are normally $10 or $15, but for those two games they are all $20.

STREAK--that ain't no streak--just look at Umass's records against the following football power-houses. In the words of umassfan, "you got a long way to go buddie."

Amherst 40 Umass 9
Williams 15 Umass 1
Trinity 12 Umass 1
Springfield 26 Umass 11

The past is the past-- :spank:

:) Completely joking GF.

Though, as of late neither UD or WM seems to be able to beat the other on the road. When was the last time UD or WM took one on the road against the other. 95?

Trinity 12-1, last game 1911
Amherst 40-11-6, last game 1945
Williams 15-1-1, last game 1956
Springfield 25-9-6, last game 1960

Delaware 23-4, FIRST game 1958, last game 2004

BTW, you forgot Dartmouth at 20-3-1 and Tufts at 28-14-7 :p

Not as long as you think - UD won in Zable in 2000 and W&M won in Newark the following year, 2001.

89Hen-

Actually UD's ticket prices max out at either $26 or $27, which are for the box seats in the East & West sides.
