LEXINGTON, Va. –*On Wednesday evening, the JMU baseball team defeated the VMI Keydets 9-8 to sweep the season series. Grayson Jones picked up his first win of the season, pitching 2.0 innings, allowing no runs on no hits and striking out three. Lliam Grubbs collected his first save of the season, while Brady Harju went 3-for-3, scoring a run and collecting one RBI. Trevon Dabney continued to stay hot from the plate, hitting his third home run in four games. The freshman's two-run blast in the second extended the Dukes lead to 5-2.
