Ultimately, I'm often surprised by how games actually play out, especially in the playoffs. All indications look like NDSU should win this game handily. They are so strong on both sides of the ball!

I'd love to see another game like the one in 2016 in Fargo, hopefully with us actually making the last minute Field goal this time.

Well, if we're talking about what we'd most prefer, I'd take one like the 2010 game. Plenty of drama and excitement and the Eags coming out on top. xlolx

As already mentioned, subtract the Cal Poly win differential of 7 (EWU 70-17, NDSU 49-3) so it's now 18.

Of course, according to what I've read constantly, you also must subtract for conference foe familiarity (that's why SDSU and UNI play NDSU so tough). So that's worth at least 7.5 ppg. Then there's home and away. NDSU played Poly and MSU at home, but EWU played MSU on the road. That's another 3 points.

So in the end...................

I figure NDSU. -7.5 is fair. EWU is SDSU+. High powered offence with a dual threat QB (which NDSU has had trouble with for years.) If we can contain Barriere it could get ugly, but if not, look out.
