Catch of the day: WR Brian Bratton ran a 15-yard out towards the right sideline, looked for the ball, but the pass from QB Bryan Randall was high. Never one to give up, the former Furman Paladin leaped, batted the ball with his left hand into his clutches and gained possession, tapping both feet down before barreling out of bounds with tremendous force. The referee signaled catch, and the crowd went wild.

There's a link at the bottom of the page for the 7/28 photo gallery. Cam is in pic # 14.

Here's another quotation about Bratton's catch:

Wow...what a catch by Brian Bratton today. Hands-down the catch of the morning. In one-on-one drills, he runs a 10-yard out toward the right sideline and the ball from Bryan Randall is overthrown. It almost looks uncatchable. Just don't tell that to Bratton. The former non-roster invitee to mini camp leaps, gets the fingertips of his left hand on the pass enough to cradle it into his hands, and as he gains possession, he taps his toes in bounds -- left then right -- before crashing out of bounds with a tremendous thud. He held onto the ball, though.

Reminded me of the ridiculous catch the 49ers Brandon Lloyd made on the sidelines against Philly a couple years back.
