Saturday Nov. 3rd:
Only three games this week with Central Connecticut getting the week off before traveling to Loretto. Here's Saturday's schedule:
Robert Morris at Sacred Heart - 12:00 noon
Duquesne at Wagner - 12:00 noon
Bryant at St. Francis - 12:00 noon
All signs are pointing to a de facto championship game next week between Sacred Heart (3-0) and Duquesne (2-1). I think both will have little trouble this week, especially SHU. Duquesne just needs to avoid looking ahead to next week. If both win this week, SHU would be 4-0 and could secure the conference championship with a victory at Rooney Field. A Duquesne victory could make things more complicated with a possible three way tie between Duquesne, CCSU and SHU who could all finish 5-1.
