PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women's rowing team took first place in three different divisions at Saturday's Head of the Schuylkill Regatta, which took place amid blustery and rainy conditions. Overall, Penn had eight boats compete in Saturday's three-mile, head-style race.
