PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women's rowing program took a pair of championships at the Navy Day Regatta, which took place Saturday on the Schuylkill River. The Quakers' titles came in the Women's/Open Collegiate Eights and the Women's Collegiate JV Eights.
