Hope Melvin Spears finally realizes why he was let go from the head coaching job at Grambling...
Apparently, he's also accused of unsportsmanlike conduct which includes an attempt to embarrass Prairie View A&M by running up the score in 2005...hey Grambling fan, didn't we tell you that Spears ran up the score? Uh huh...uh huh...granted Grambling has probably run up the score on PVA&M for years in the eyes of many, but this just goes to show ya...

GRAMBLING — Grambling State’s seven-page response to a lawsuit filed by its former football coach provides new insight into their messy split.
The charges against Melvin Spears are explosive — from drug testing some players and illegally transporting others to skirting school regulations and unsportsmanlike conduct.
They constitute a pattern, these court documents allege, that “subjected Grambling to investigations by the NCAA, criticism by national and local media, complaints from parents, complaints from Grambling staff members and a demoralized football team.”
The response was drafted by John M. Madison Jr., counsel for GSU at the law firm of Wiener, Weiss and Madison in Shreveport and sent on March 13.
