Seems like there isn't as much buzz around this game as I would normally expect. What does everyone expect out of this showdown in Missoula?

I’m excited! Might be the FCS game of the week. Return of BH at home against a ranked team at night? Count me in!

Unless you have SWX or live in Cedar Falls where it will be broadcast on OTA frequencies you’ll be stuck finding “alternate” streams.

Considering UNI has NEVER beaten Montana I feel like there is no reason to get excited. We all know the outcome of this game before it starts. Especially considering the average victory margin in Missoula is 25 for the Griz.

I believe it will be on Pluto....its not on Root.

Anyone that wanted to watch it bad enough could go to gogriz.com and sign up for a month, or I believe they have weekly ALL ACCESS. They stream a lot of the Griz games on that platform, generally works pretty well anymore.

Its also showing on Direct TV channel 665 here in Dallas.

The MSU/WIU game is also SWX, so not on Pluto or ROOT, but Altitude picked up the local feed and will show it on their alternate channel (available on DISH and Directv). Maybe they'll do the same with this game?

Is the MVFC going to be that weak this year? ;) You guys shouldn't be ranked #3 in your conference if you can't beat the Griz in their first game with a new coaching staff (virtually the polar opposite coaching philosophy), new QB, new O-line, lost their assumed top D-lineman to transfer and assumed best tackler to injury (though it's still unknown if/when he'll play) in addition to normal graduation/attrition.

Yep, If UNI loses, the best bet on the way it happens is they have the lead in the 4th and they run-run-run-punt/prevent D the game away.

There shouldn't be, either. The Griz played surprisingly well out of the gate, but UNI's offense sleepwalked through the first half, Eli Dunne was awful, and Farley's timeout/game management was even worse.

UNI's backup QB looked pretty good, though. They should probably bench Dunne permanently.

The timeout and game management is like that every year. When we called the ones on the extra point and 2pt conversion I was stunned even though I should be used to it.

That's Farleyball, year-in and year-out.

It should be noted that UNI's offense started working about the time Farley took off the headset on the sidelines.
