How does a school going from 85 to 63 scholarships go about reducing their roster? I'm assuming that Idaho has to be down to 63 this year. Did they just not have a recruiting class last year in order to reduce?

They don’t have to reduce their roster, just their scholarship count which it sounds like they were already doing

We announced our drop down in April, 2016. This allowed for Idaho to reduce scholarships from 85 to 63. In actuality, we went from around 78 to 63. We were recovering from APR violations for numerous years. So, it wasn't as difficult as most would think. We currently have an entire roster of 109-110 total players on the roster.
