Good for them, turf, lights, athletic weight and performance center in one endzone, IPF next door, bryant has some of the best facilities in FCS football outside of the Stadium itself. I think this program will rise to the top of the NEC in the next couple of years.

Great for Bryant! With the new lights, support facilities, etc.....will there be a demand to add seats? This place would look nice with 8,000 or so seats...

Still a glorified high school stadium, but seriously, congrats on improving it, looks great.

I mean, we prolly shouldn’t talk too much smack as SDSU fans considering our past....

There’s is more of a glorified California or Florida high school field, ours is a Texas one, much nicer. CAS though, not sure what that was. Still had loads of fun there, loved standing at the gates by end zone corners, good view.

Good job to Bryant for making an investment on the facilities like that.

Nice improvements; you've gotta start somewhere.

Back in 1980 (our first in 1-AA) JMU's stadium had the concrete north side stadium (still exists) that held about 5-6K. A track surrounded the field -- on the side opposite the stadium were 10-12 rows of wooden bleachers backed by a 9-foot chain link fence. The school build a new grandstand in 1982-3 on the south side that increased capacity to about 15K. The latest reno in 2011-13 razed the south side and replaced it with the current configuration with it's 25K capacity.

I doubt if you asked 100 people in 1980 that 8 would've said we'd have the stadium we have today. Like Richard Dreyfuss in 'What About Bob' it's "baby steps, Bob, baby steps."
