Lavan keeps the transfers coming to DSU.
"DOVER -- Delaware State received commitments Monday from two Syracuse University football players who intend to transfer to DSU and play with the Hornets next season.
Kareem Jones, a 5-foot-11, 211-pound junior running back/kick returner, and Reggie McCoy, a 6-0, 197-pound senior free safety, will finish their undergraduate degrees at Syracuse before they transfer. Both players will attend DSU as graduate students."
