Damn good schedule but I'm thinking 6-5 or 7-4. Some very tough games in there. Bryant is a decent Division II program, correct? They are in other sports.

Personally I'm more interested in seeing the 2008 schedule. :smiley_wi

And yes, the Bryant Bulldogs have a quality DII program. They were in the playoffs last season.

Stony Brook is for real!

I still see four or five losses (YSU, Hofstra, Richmond, Maine and Elon being the most likely victors)...

9-2 gets you a playoff berth.

I see another 5-6 year or worse. Monmouth,CCSU and UA are not rolling over either. Bryant can still be a serious threat. Great schedule. Lets get UA and CCSU up to speed with SBU in a new conference

Don't know enough of what you have this year, but based solely on history, it would seem 6-5 or 7-4 would be on the high end of expectations and anything on the low end is possible. I only see one lock win (Bryant).

I agree! I know CCSU has a very nice rivalry building with both schools and the SUNY are of course in-state peers and rivals. It would be great to keep them all together in the future.

Yup. Anyone sharing these schedules with teams who cry about not being able to put together playoff worthy schedules?

Its a great schedule. 5 home games plus Hofstra on the road which for us Long Islanders is a 6th home game. I think 6-5 would be expected but 7-4 if we catch someone sleeping. It will interesting to see how the offense does with Brandon Mason from Pitt running. The pivotal game is Hofstra. We never beat them but last year we lost 17-8 with a scoreless first half. Win there and a 7-4 season could be a reality. Also good to see all the old NEC rivals back on the schedule.

Someone mentioned the Stonybrook 2008 schedule. Only heard that Colgate and maybe Brown would be added. Elon and Hofstra will home games. I think we open at home in 2008 against Colgate-hopefully under the lights.

WOW!!! Stony Brook is serious.

If they were that serious they would have tried to get a game against ASU instead of Elon but I doubt Priore thinks his club is ready to get that spanked. Maybe 2008.

I hope that you are on the road at Maine in 2008.

Hopefully Cohen has us back on track and we keep our streak against SBU alive. Last year's SBU game was Hofstra's uglisest offensive showing I had ever seen.

As for the schedule, i think it's a great list of teams.
