Losing records to three teams, but we'll rectify that NAU one here soon. :)

An interesting aside (to me anyway :p ) is that UNH and Delaware are 8-8 since they've been in the Yankee/A-10/CAA together. And with a little help from a spreadsheet, UD has averaged 28.25 points while UNH has averaged 27.19 points. Pretty darned close!!! FWIW, I based this on the results as posted in the UNH Media Guide.

At the same time I have to acknowledge how the Blue Hens owned us in the D-II days! I painfully recall being mesmerized by the Wing-T as UD pounded UNH 40-7 in Durham on 9/25/1971. I also recall our coach, Jim Root, subsequently declaring that UNH wouldn't play Delaware again as long as he was coach. Thankfully, he moved on and Bill Bowes had Delaware back on the schedule in 1974.

I can see Delaware on the UNH football schedule all the way back to 1953. I find that very interesting because UNH usually had a very provincial schedule back in the old days. Another reason why not playing Delaware in football would sadden me. JMHO, but a serious step backward/downward for the UNH program if Delaware wasn't a frequent opponent.

Don't some schools dispute their win loss records with other schools? It seems like Auburn and Florida might be in disagreement over the actual series record.

If you can believe it, I saw a bumper sticker yesterday that said "Auburn 27- National Champs 13" alluding to the Gator's one loss of the season. That's when fans get annoying, to me.
