PHILADELPHIA – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has announced its 2017-18 District Coaches of the Year, and the University of Pennsylvania's John R. Rockwell Head Coach of Men's Basketball, Steve Donahue, has been honored by his peers as the District 13 Coach of the Year.
