Western Carolina seventh-year head coach Mark Speir today announced the addition of 15 student-athletes that join five early-signees and two mid-semester transfers, bringing the total of the incoming class to 22 for the Catamount football program. It is the second-largest incoming class for Speir and his staff since inking 24 back in 2013.
