Somerset, NJ – junior running back Ryan Fulse has been named the Northeast Conference (NEC) Offensive Player of the Week, while freshman punter Eric Silvester was tabbed Special Teams Player of the Week, for their efforts in Saturday's 28-15 win at Sacred Heart, the league office announced today.
