Both schools have officially sold out of their allotments of tickets and now tickets have hit the 3rd party sites such as stub hub for a hefty price. The winner of The Bayou Classic will decide the Western Division Champion of the SWAC so the winner will head to Houston to face off against Alcorn State on December 2nd.

Yes it will be. Hotels in New Orleans are impossible to find for that weekend.

Yeah from what I've heard they're selling additional seats on Friday for the Battle of the Bands. Should get about 35,000+ from what I've read!

IMO, the Bayou Classic is must attend event for every fan of college football. I wish I could make to the Classic, but it’s hard for me to travel to Orlando for the Florida Classic(another must attend/experience game), celebrate Thanksgiving and then head over to New Orleans all in one week. I will be tuned it to this one.

I’ve gotta visit the Bayou Classic one of these days.

I hope that SU and Gram get this game back on NBC. That NBC Sports thing is killing the viewership

But it's helped attendance. The game has moved the kickoff from 1pm to 4pm which has worked wonders for actual game attendance. That 1pm was murder on folks who went out that Friday night before.

NBC Sports is a non-starter. I have ways to access the games online but usually don’t bother.
