The Norfolk State football team (3-6 overall, 3-3 MEAC) begins a two-game road stretch to close the 2017 season against a Howard team (6-3, 5-1) that has won four straight games. The teams face each other at 1 p.m. Saturday at Greene Stadium in Washington, D.C.
