think it's been about 264 years since a JMU player got a Senior Bowl invite, so i'm setting my expectations very low as usual.

i'm sure W&M will probably have their typical 2-4 players per year.

I had been talking about him some in my threads here. Wade is legit. He should go in rounds 4-6. I thought maybe he would be a Shrine invite early and then bump up to Senior Bowl but not shocked here.

I was surprised by Byrd and Franklin. A lot of scouts have rejected Franklin or give him low grades and same for Byrd. I doubt either gets drafted. Neal was a surprise for me in the Senior Bowl. I expected Shrine mostly but he had gotten a lot of scouting love on his junior year. If Reggie Hall was not hurt I believe he would have been an early invite to a game as well.

I think Reggie will get a camp invite and work his way in like Jaylen Hill did. The injury set him back this year for sure. Hopefully we get him back in the next week or two.

Siran Neal, Reggie Hall, and Marlon Bridges in the secondary for the playoffs? Woof.

I don't think you guys will have a player invited to the Senior Bowl this year. Schor, Stinnie, and Ankrah are your top guys but I don't think any of them get an invite.

Always great to see FCS players get some deserved recognition.
Congrats to all the young men already mentioned and those surely yet to be named.

Here is my updated list of FCS players with invites. This is based on what I have heard. I think Carter, Hall, and Jackson are very good invites for NFLPA but belong in Shrine. The rest of their invites are a reach. Shrine has gone after names I would expect. I love Justin Watson and Davontae Harris. They are very good Shrine invites. Senior Bowl has gotten the top guys so far. I would have thought Neal would go to NFLPA but other than that the invites are as expected.
