North Carolina A&T junior quarterback Lamar Raynard (6-foot-4, 210, High Point, N.C.) has been added to the Walter Payton Award Watch List by STATS FCS. Raynard is the second N.C. A&T offensive player on the list after fifth-year left tackle Brandon Parker (6-7, 209, Kannapolis, N.C.) was added during the preseason.
