I went to the EWU game since my family lives in Spokane, so rain is nothing compared to watching football during a blizzard and staring at a retina burning field.

Horrible targeting call. What is the SDSU guy supposed to hit? The UNI receiver laid out head first so he has no other option. The UNI QB is just as at fault for making his receiver lay out.

NCAA needs to reform that rule. It's awful to eject a kid for something like that when much more intentional PFs are just 15 yards and a play on.
