I'll put it this way:

We win if:

-We can sustain long drives

-Score on said long drives

-Chew clock

-RUN THE DAMN BALL, SHANAHAN

-Can score early and get Tech to play catch up

-Win on first down on defense

-Create negative plays on defense

-Get turnovers



We lose if:

-We let GT possess the ball more than we do

-We turn the ball over once

-We can't convert on third down




I'm not worried about the option, I'm worried they will clock munch us into submission.

A lot of this stuff is basic and generic "How to win a football game" stuff but GT amplifies all your miscues because they hold the ball 40+ minutes a game.

It will probably look a bit like LSU last year. I don't think they kill us but I think they will have a comfortable win.

I am going out on a limb and picking JSU to upset GT. GT is the better team but I think they were spent after the 2OT Loss, have a short week to prepare, and may not get "up" for this game like they might for a top 25 matchup on ESPN.
