Youngstown State: Penguins to Honor Frank Watson Throughout 2017 Football Season

The Youngstown State football program will wear a sticker with initials "FW" on their helmets throughout the season in honor of Frank Watson, a key figure in the creation of Stambaugh Stadium and the WATTS, who passed away earlier this month.
