7 PM - Richmond at Sam Houston State (may be bumped down to Week 1 due to weather; but we won't know the decision until Friday.)

This game is absolutely horrible. I don't know if I've seen a less disciplined game. Also these "home run" shots are laughable.

This game has the weirdest pacing I've seen in awhile.

I'm trying to figure out what 954 stands for on the front of the FAMU helmets. It isn't the area code for Tallahassee.

FAMU was just penalized ten yards because their band took too long at halftime.

Then TX Southern just picked up the kickoff on their own three, ran it into the end zone and knelt down for a safety. Freshman mistake but I wouldn't put him back there again this game.

ESPN wants to air HBCU football and I don't doubt that the MEAC and SWAC commissioners are more competent than Joey D. I don't think they're screwing around at Northeastern Women's soccer practices without a TV deal.
