Top 3 are right. The order is wrong though. It should be Sam-UCA-McNeese.

Northwestern and Lamar are too high.

The rest are anybody's guess.

Sfa is way too low

So you lost your starting QB.
You lost your starting RB.
You don't have a very good pass defense. I thought the Bears were pathetic. SFA was dead last in 2016 in scoring and pass defense.

Are all those transfers going to not only fill in but excel at those spots?

Based on that it looks like Nicholls, HBU, UCA and SELA outperformed their preseason ranking. NWST and Lamar underperformed.

My Prediction for 2017:

I was most impressed with SLU and Nicholls.

I was least impressed with ACU and SFA.

I was confused by McNeese.

I expected SHSU to do what they did.

I was happy UCA did what they did.

The ACU that didn't impress you in 2016 didn't impress ACU fans or the administration either. Out with the old, in with the new. New coaches, new culture, new offensive and defensive schemes. The past is often the best predictor of the future. Except when it isn't . In our case, it isn't.

So what can SLC fans expect from ACU this year? What position in conference will the Wildcats hold after it ends? top 5? top 10? um what's left? ...#11? xlolx
I see them top 10 but in the lower half. SFA has many FBS/CC transfers and Lamar has some good home games.
