Remarks following the North-South All-Star Classic...

Justise Hairston, RB, Central Connecticut State: It is pretty tough to characterize a stat line that reads: 4 attempts, 12 yards, 0 touchdowns as noteworthy, but Justise Hairston, from tiny Central Connecticut State, flashed legitimate ability throughout the Hula Bowl. Hairston, who transferred to Central after three seasons at Rutgers, has good size and showed both agility and legitimate acceleration. His 12 rushing yards actually led his team (Aina) and while his five touches (also had 1 catch for 5 yards) may only register a tiny blip on the radar of NFL scouts, it was still blip those scouts will be sure to investigate further.

I heard he might get drafted. I don't think he will but it is good that a player from CCSU is attracting that kind of attention right now!
