It would also be to get back to Fargo since I was back for about two hours two Fridays ago, since my lady friend cooked me venison, stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes, and then had DQ ice cream cake for desert and then we got on the road towards her parents house up near the border in ND, even though I was going there to see another friend instead. Long story but I did not see my friend for more than 1 hour due to a medical emergency.

A part of me knows she is way too good for me and the other part of me recognizes that if I decide to be with her, I am giving up a lot for it and would have to have a long distance relationship, which for people I know, does not work out for me.

The problem is that I know if I decide to pass on her, I will regret it. I will see her again this summer as her dad enjoys my company and likes the fact that I worship hockey as if it is my life since his daughter does not understand hockey, but loves the NBA, and he hates the NBA and has been praying for someone to come into her life that loves hockey and hates basketball. He wants me to work on a landscape project if I get free time but it is a little weird, yet he would hope that I would consider Catholicism since everyone in her family is Catholic, even though I am not.

But I am just living life and enjoying it day by day as I will be a soon to be 25 year old man and I just need to enjoy life.

UNI could lose every game by multiple TDs, but the NDSU game will be a neck and neck battle until the clock strikes zero. If you do go to a game, this is the one game you would not want to miss.

I've been a MVSU fan for years.

Been rocking the MVSU avi since at least 2014, and I'm thinking 2013 was the first appearance of the Devils in my avi.

There is a long backstory to it, it's long - about a decade long - but really takes off in 2013.

It's better just to appreciate the fact that over the last half decade I've followed as much MVSU football games as I have UNI. That's not a lie. I've spent more time studying MVSU box scores than UNI. Also not a lie.

I'll be in Fargo rocking at least 2 different MVSU shirts between the Thursday before the game and the day after. Also not a lie.

My learning those dances to get a free ticket? Probably not a lie either.

At the end of the day, I would rather have a healthy squad going into December VS last season and how key components were dropping like flies. A 1 loss NDSU, if it is not to SDSU (assuming the records are the same) or a sub .500 team, will get them that top 2 seed, but a 2 loss team gives us that 2015 season all over again. JMU should be a lock for a top 2, barring catastrophic injuries, which leaves the other spot open.

Back to the discussion at hand though, I would like to see how Klieman responds to last season and if he finally changes his tune and runs the score up even if the back-ups are in. I would like to see them play angry with a chip on their shoulders.

I did not know we had Jose Mohler's younger brother at QB? I could see the Bison ranging from 8-3 to 11-0 but I think they will go 10-1 with the loss being to UNI. The Dakota Marker will be back at its' proper home where it is loved and cherished and the SDSU case will be an only child.

This defense is going to be scary good. Steidl and Tanguay are the best tandem in the league. Plus the DL will go 9-10 deep I guess. Great DL play helps out the LBers and DBs.

Farley knows he is probably done after this season and he will make sure that if this is his last season, that he beats his protege, who was suppose to run with him till the end, and that it is on the road. I don't want to accept it, but I just feel Farley will finally get out of his own way for one last time.

Defenses are usually a little ahead of offenses to start the season and I'm assuming this Bison team will be the same way. I'm an eternal optimist and probably a pretty big homer but with what this team has coming back on both sides of the ball, I easily see a 11-0 regular season.

Now could they lose some games? Sure they can and probably to a few different teams: EWU, SDSU, UNI and probably Ill State. Three of those are on the road but the Bison have been a very, very good road team the last 6 years. Last years 2 losses were at home, so yes, they could definitely lose to UNI but I don't think it will happen.

2 RFR are looking really good on the OL: Radunz and Volson and Zack Johnson is really looking good I guess. The OL will be young with probably only 1 senior starting, Kuhnert but they will be very talented. With the Bison, it all starts with both of the lines and both of them will be good. OL might take a couple of games to get the starting 5 combo figured out but the DL could be scary good.

This team will make a serious run for the NC.

I could see losses at EWU, @SDSU, @ISUr @YSU and even at home to UNI.

Overall I would say 10-1. I still think it comes down to Stick and the hopefully improved passing game. We need recievers that can punish the defense for playong one on kne to stop the run game. We know the run game will be good and the defense will be outstanding but can Stick move the chains by throwing.

The left tackle, right tackle, OLB' s (depending on how DeLuca and Plank fit together) are all new.

10-1 top 2 seed.
