Don't know if Illegal Forward Pass is a declineable penalty or not. I think it is, but I really have no clue.

Lot of it probably will come down to how fast Wieneke runs the 40 at the combine. He has absolutely embarrassed Big 12 and SEC corners, but sadly it always comes down to track times.
