UTC 30; VMI 13......VMI's defense played well enough (despite giving up 519 yards) to give the offense chances. VMI returned the 2nd half kickoff inside UTC's 25, gets nothing, missed a 28 yard FG. But VMI did get TD's on their next 2 drives.....but 2 of their final 3 drives fail when UTC stopped the Keydets on 4th and short.....Bagley goes 46 yards for the final TD w/8 minutes to play. 12 Moc penalties hurt them, as did VMI having only a net 11 yards rushing. Cobb was sacked 6 times, UTC's front 4 pretty darn good.

Yeah, I know. The silly turnovers late by them were handy though. Both forced but the pitch should never have been made by their QB. Our defense stood up enough, but they gave up too many 3rd down conversions.
