This was one of the better called games I have seen by SoCon officials in some time, at least with the few calls they did make

UTC still makes the post season and will be a dangerous team.

This loss does put the SoCon title squarely in Citadel's control. It further increases the likelihood that UTC will be hitting the road in the post season.

When was the last time a team lost to VMI and made the playoffs.
In 2002, Wofford went 9-3 with wins at Statesboro and Boone but stayed home due to an inexplicable loss to VMI.
