I think you could say the same for W&M and Albany at this point as well. Looks like the CAA is schizoid right now.

Albany too...

St. Francis 9-0 at half

Not a good night so far for the SUNYs.

Any chance you are just under estimating the NEC???

31-10 SHU 12:59 left in the game.

NEC teams going to show up to play against CAA teams that underestimate them.

SHU over SBU is a little surprising to me, St Francis over Albany is not.

Probably not? Obviously it's too early to say.

Agree on both. I thought SFPA had shown that they weren't a pushover so far. Didn't expect Sacred Heart to route a Stony Brook team that Just routed Richmond. NEC play should be Intersting.

It's final. SHU was by far the better coached and even appeared to be more talented than this CAA riser.

NEC will be interesting and top team(s) need to start getting a rank every week.

Where do you expect Duquesne to finish in the conference this year?

Stony I know your offense is horse**** and all but it would be nice if you would kindly go undefeated the rest of the way so we can claim a very strong loss.

No fluke here, SHU dominated the stat page. 20-11 First Downs, 377-241 total yards. SHU won the turnover battle 3-0 which obviously played a big part also. But SHU whipped them in every aspect of the game.

Hmm... maybe we are over looking Kennessaw St.

Simple explanation - right now Stony Brook has major issues with schools that have religious-oriented names.

I'm just now learning that sacred heart is in the nec and not the patriot league.

Congrats to the Pioneers for a great game . SBU folded their tent early tonight and never really was in this game. I see a long season ahead in CAA play.

Which would be unfortunate since they already won the toughest game on their relatively easy conference slate considering they avoid both JMU and Nova.

Wait a minute, I am pretty sure I read someplace that SBU had the best D in FCS, I might have dreamt it, but I am pretty sure I saw this someplace.

I think that makes you look more ignorant than it accomplishes hurting my feelings. One of us has our abbreviation on her helmet the other is named after a saint that has a lot of schools named for them. There are plenty of schools on here that don't get called by their proper name but I'm not sure how including the state you're located in is an insult. ;)

And just to keep everyone straight since we are talking about names, it is "The" Citadel. But I think everyone here does a pretty good job of that. Mainly, I think, to keep Citdog from eating their lunch.xlolx
