The Blue Hose haven't done much on the gridiron since - well I don't know when. In the last few days, however, there has been much made of a freshman course being taught there. It is called 'The Religion of SEC Football.' I first heard of this on Paul Finebaum's Show(no, I'm not a regular listener), and he interviewed the professor in charge. Not the way I would want my school to gain notoriety, but this private school and FCS Big South member might actually have garnered some positive reaction from this. Currently they are in second place behind Charleston Southern in national media coverage.:)

That's an interesting class. Apparently, Presbyterian students are a bit more mature than ECU students. ECU has started a counseling program on "Adulting". http://wnct.com/2016/08/06/ecu-starting-adulting-counseling-program-for-students/

When I first turned to the article, I thought, "Another stupid class". There are so many around the country that are simply assinine. After reading it I thought as a one credit class they could have done a lot worse. It all depends on the content.

But ECU has to have classes for the football team.

Elon had a class called Business of NASCAR. Toured a lot of tracks looked at some of the garages as well as the advertisers. This was during the short 1 month 1 class winter term, but it was a great experience.
