If this is the case, why wouldn't they clean out Bradford's locker first, before consummating the trade(s)?

Bradford will be 29 later this year. Assuming he stays healthy he will be a good mentor for Wentz. Can't see Wentz stepping right in and starting and Daniels is just a good ol' career backup.

Wentz is Bradford's competition to take his job. I highly doubt he'll be much of a mentor. Don't be shocked if Wentz earns the starting job outright at some point next season.

Bradford isn't mentoring anyone. He doesn't have the attitude or demeanor for it at this point in his career.
