Their program may or may not be on a decline since Heineke left. They've managed to eek out 5 and 6 win seasons without him but you can also say that cusa is weak from top to bottom, so winning that many games is easily achievable every season.
If Albany gets better and odu keeps being mediocre, who knows. I'd love to see anyone knock them off haha. They haven't lost to an Fcs since moving up.

Albany looks like the only team that would remotely be a threat in their future scheduling. Would love to see UA knock them off.
