Great list! Well deserving for those players.

Tremon Smith is going to be a beast at CB the next two years!

They don't have a ball girl of the year in the Southland? Seems to me I know who would win that one.

No Brown or Overstreet even as Honorable Mention??? I guess a little weed isn't very honorable? Wait Golden made 1st team? Damn if those guys just beat their girlfriend also that may have helped.

You got Avery, that was a gift.

One of the few that ran over 100 yds on the all mighty McNeese D. Kade couldn't even do that.

I can see Overstreet not making it but leaving Brown off is crazy.

Actually, I agree with you and FWY about Avery :D

The rest of the Southland has another year to deal with Avery (two more years, actually) AND Harrington. Ouch.

Sam should build their offense around Corey Avery. Dude is a stud.

Next year....not looking forward to it. But it is what it is.

McNeese returns everyone on their defensive line except DE Cam Smith. Returning will be 2014 All SLC DE Brian Hine who missed 2015 due to injury. I think Cam Smith is the only person that is missing on the 2 deep for the defensive line. Both starting DT's are sophomores.

Our top RB is also a Soph and has a baby brother (being redshirted) who is a RB the that goes somewhere north of 240 lbs. Neither are transfers.

My biggest concern for next season will be the offensive line. We better have some young guys that step up for next season.

And that one who was on the first-team is a FBS transfer who was 4 stars and a legit 4 star talent in HS. If he works hard he could be the DEF POY of the league next year. He is a monster once he gets going. He and Hall from SHSU should be in a fun battle to watch for who is the best DL in the league.

Brown has disappointed this year in my opinion. Still hasn't been the dominant WR I think he could be. He has almost thrown away his chances at the next level because he cant stay away from the wacky weed that has had him suspended twice in his career now.

Corey Avery has by far had a better season than Overstreet and is a better running back. Overstreet is another that has underachieved in his career. This guy is a big time talent, but hasn't really shown it.

Thanks for ruining my day.

KCK and staff will be just fine with returning players for next year.

Kats return the entire Defensive Line as well. As a matter of fact, Kat D only loses 3 senior starters.

Kats lose 4 offensive starters, (2- O Lineman and 2- Wide receivers.)
