Congratulations. I know there are those who will think this undersized, but they may not know West Long Branch and the real estate pressures.

Congratulations, I'm sure it's a great improvement, but I wonder how their definition of "a bowl-like look and feel" applies to a one-sided grandstand.

Congrats, I hope you guys end up building a set of bleachers on the visitors side in the future.

Congrats to MU fans. That should improve the game day experience and will be an excellent improvement over the current grandstand. However, do not expect any expansion in the future. The seating capacity of 4,200 was not picked on a whim - it was stipulated by WLB to gain approval.

Monmouth University opened a state-of-the art $57 million Multipurpose Activity Center in August 2009. Located at the center of MU's campus, the 153,200 square foot building houses a 4,100 seat competition arena; a 200-meter; six-lane indoor track; locker rooms; educational and conference space; ground-level bookstore; and fitness center.

Congratulations. A few of us were discussing the pending hearing at the New Jersey League of Municipalities this week. That was a great job by the School's attorney and the West Long Branch Board of Adjustment. Hope you get Colgate for a game or two down there!
