College Football Performance Awards has listed Eastern Illinois all-purpose back Devin Church and kickoff returner Tray Mitchell to the CFPA Watch List for two awards.** Church was among the players recognized on the All-Purpose Performer Watch List while Mitchell was recognized on the Return Specialist Watch List.** Eastern Illinois hosts Eastern Kentucky this Saturday at 1 p.m. on ESPN3. *
