RICHMOND, Ky. –*Colonel fans, you may have noticed a spider sticker on the football helmets this season. The sticker is in honor of one of EKU's most revered former athletes and administrators, James Wyatt "Spider" Thurman. Thurman passed away in February at the age of 97.
