When I saw JMU I was going to order a drug test, but then I thought "Gee, Harvard guys are smart. What's his angle?" Then I figured it out. (I shoulda gone to Harvard too.) You obviously foresaw that UD would be looking past the Dukes in anticipation of their shot at Elon and the elusive CAA Bottom Feeder Trifecta.

I believe elon has the worst scoring offense of any CAA team.

Delaware puts up a season high 28?? JMU's point total way too high too, UD plays decent D.

Jmu's defense is bad against all but the bottom offensive CAA teams. I would consider it a good performance if we hold UD to only 28 points.
We're averaging 48 ppg this season. Our new QB Schor scored two TDs on two drives against UR. He then helped us scored 41 against the caa's top defense against wm. That was his first career start. We should be able to put up points. UD will need to be able to keep up.

JMU's defense I'm sure is bad, but Delaware's offense is worse. Completely one dimensional, horrendous WR corps and a very inconsistent OL that can't pass block. Not to mention widespread dissension in the locker room apparently.

Rhode Island 14, Stony Brook 10 - Stony Brook finally got on track with the win against Howard, but I think the injuries they have had are making it difficult to get anything going in conference. I will take Rhode Island at home.

Maine 17, Elon 3 - Maine's defense will be enough to give them the victory in this matchup at home.

William & Mary 31, Towson 20 - I think Towson's win streak comes to an end here. I don't think they have a good enough offense to win this game. To have a chance they will need at least 2+ turnovers and hopefully will take one to the house. They also need an early lead or I think William & Mary win this one handily. Of course, I have picked Stony Brook, Villanova, Delaware and Maine over them the last four games so this could be my way of putting together a reverse jinx. Or I am just overly negative.

Richmond 28, Villanova 24 - Richmond bounces back to get a close road win.

James Madison 24, Delaware 7 - JMU is starting to figure out life without Vad Lee, and Delaware's offense is just sputtering too much to win this one.

New Hampshire 24, Albany 21 -This one has letdown game written all over for it New Hampshire, but I think they sniff the playoffs and pull out a close one.

The only way UD scores 28 points is if they take a kick off, punt return and two interceptions to the house. Unless UD's run game gets going again (the way to stop that is to just not worry about the passing game) there will be zero offensive TD's for UD in the game.

eh, both teams are poorly coached but if you're going to blame anyone on the UD side, blame Dave Brock. If he's half competent, he knows our defense is a joke and he will convert 4th and 1 easily. He then chooses to punt instead and gave us the ball back. That's just bad coaching.

I watched the game after LU-Colgate. What I learned is that Whithers is a pretty ordinary coach without a QB who belongs in the ACC.

Now, he has been exposed as Vad Lee went down.

i would absolutely put money on Villanova beating JMU. Nova is more talented than UD. i wouldn't be surprised to see JMU lose by double digits, and i'm not just saying that. 8-3 is our final record, i'm fairly certain of it.
