I don't believe they make one, just send the invites out and some players and reporters will tweet out if they receive one. I would guess as some will decline they move down their list and offer others.

Edit: It looks like @seniorbowl tweeted out accepted invites on Mondays last year.

Wentz definitely deserves it. The only players on that full list who I thought deserved to be mentioned was Wentz, Haeg, Houston-Carson, Hall, Miller, and Killebrew.

I would imagine Haeg, Houston-Carson, Miller, and Killebrew are slam dunks. I also think Hall deserves one, too.
