my tivo version starts at 14:48 of the 1 quarter but is complete after that

I have a DVD/VHS player, does tivo work in that? Excuse my ignorance!!!

a TIVO digitally records things from tv, people with the capability could then turn around and record the program from there Tivo box to either a VHS tape or a DVD disk.
