From the PFL board, a story on a 98 year old Drake fan who saw his 700th Bulldogs game this weekend.

Clenz will not rest until Mr. Morrison is watching these games as MVFC conference games, haha.

He deserves it. He's seen nearly 50 uni games. He deserves more

Damn, I thought our fan, Cbuck, had a streak. He has attended somewhere around 450 consecutive McNeese games, home and away without missing a one. And he has never worked for the Athletic Dept. at McNeese.

Those are consecutive games. I am not sure if the other Gentleman's streak is consecutive but it is impressive none the less. xthumbsupx

450 that's impressive. One of the guys we tailgate with at Denver Broncos games just hit 200 consecutive broncos games during the Vikings game.

NDSU has a fan, Bob Clark aka Road Warrior, who has been to over 400 straight games dating back to the 1982 season. I believe he is at 408 straight games.

That is an amazing feat to see 700 games. Hats off to you sir.

I do feel bad that he had to witness nearly 50 UNI games thoughxlolxxlolx

I don't know exactly what number Chris' streak is right now but he hasn't missed a McNeese game since sometime in the late 70's.

I'm not sure I could recall how many games I saw during the 1968-2000 time frame! Very doubtful that it would be anywhere near 700, but it would be a couple hundred. I'm proud enough of seeing UNH play in 41 different venues in 23 states, and never having worked for the university. This guy and the McNeese and NDSU guys have truly impressive streaks!!! I had a difficult enough time with my memory documenting all the places I saw UNH play at during the 70's and 80's, forget about trying to figure out how many games!!! :D :D

I've seen over 90% of the UNH games starting in 2004. To have made 100% would have required missing some pretty important family events. That's what makes these long streaks so impressive!! They must have a spouse who is on board (or they are single), parents who are deceased/estranged and they probably don't have any kids!! I'm single with no kids but I still can't make 100%!!! xnodx
