Portland State up 14 on North Texas, which would be their 2nd FBS win.

North Dakota loses to Idaho State

Montana is losing to Weber State at the half

Cal Poly is up on EWU in the 3rd quarter.

The Griz are on their 3rd string QB plus our O-line is a sieve and weak. Also play-calling is being quite the head scratcher right now.

Parity. Everywhere. Not just Big Sky. Nicholls beating SFA in Southland.

Yup it's the most parity I've ever seen

EWU hangs on in OT to win by 1.

Call child protective services - PSU is whipping North Texas like redheaded stepchild. 52-0 (still in the 3rd Q).

Yep, Big Sky is a total mess right now. EWU's offense just wasn't clicking until the end of the game today. We're really missing our two starting OT's right now.

Anyone have any idea for what the record margin of victory is for an FCS win over an FBS school?

Already breached. I for one welcome our new FCS vs FBS overlords - Portland State

Does Dan McCarney survive the season at North Texas? They have a good chance of running the table in reverse. A North Texas vs Wyoming game would be a sign of the forthcoming apocalypse.

I checked the CUSA board. Its 30 something. The record for points scored was 59ish...

Reading over the UNT message board, with no real context of the machinations at the school, I feel really bad for them fans.

I tip my hat, and accept the rulership, to PSU, but dang.

Lehigh over Penn in 1981, 58-0. The Ivy League then moved down to 1-AA the following season.

"This was the largest win by an FCS opponent over an FBS team. The previous record belonged to a 58-0 beatdown by Lehigh over Penn in 1981, but Penn (and the rest of the Ivy League) left the FBS for the FCS in 1982. The largest win by an FCS team over a current FBS team was incidentally by North Texas in 1983, when they beat New Mexico State 49-3: The Mean Green didn't join the top tier until 1995. The largest win by a current FCS team over a current FBS team was a 41-3 win by Southern Illinois over NMSU, also in 1983."

66-7 the final for PSU. Outgained UNT 670-198.

North Texas has had a tendency to play lopsided games (win or lose) the last couple years, but this is ridiculous.

UCD beats NAU just to add another layer of confusion to the Big Sky mess.

So... the only conferences without parity in the FCS this year are the SoCon, Big South, Ivies and the PFL, right? xchinscratchx

Eastern will win the conference. They have the most "dominate" unit. They will then get bounced in the second round. The Big Sky ain't makin much noise this year in the playoffs

While the bottom is not the bottom of 2014, the top is thinner in the CAA...
