I imagine college has the same rules as high school, where an eligible receive who goes out of bounds can be the first to touch a legal pass if he was forced out of bounds.

Maybe it's on the Bison side. Bison just seem to play mistake free against SDSU. They didn't drop any passes against us in the first half last week. Wentz never threw right into coverage for an easy pick.

The UNI defensive front 7 is really doing g a great of slowing down the NDSU running game. Two big plays (67 yard TD pass and pass interference ) is the difference in the game. Huge drive by NDSU to get a touchdown and swing the momentum back.
