Western Carolina fourth-year head coach Mark Speir spent time with members of the media on Tuesday morning on the weekly Southern Conference Football Head Coaches’ Teleconference. Speir looked back at his squad’s bye week before looking ahead to this week’s nonconference home match-up with Big South-member, Presbyterian College.
