Proud too, like always if we play with class, but I just dont feel like we lost to a superior team. Our D line is better than their even with Sigler not dressed. Our O line passed blocked great but our special had a tough day. Hopefully we stay healthy and advance in the playoffs, if we make them, and I settle down in the morning.

Guys... I was so sick after this loss. We went into Auburn and punched them in the mouth. I know our kicker feels horrible over that punt, but we should have never taken a knee with that much time on the clock. You play the sidelines and hope your kicker has the leg. That one hurts, but here's the deal: All the dumb Alabama/Auburn fans who know nothing of FCS football thought Auburn was playing a high school team today. I heard some kid behind me in a sports bar, today where I was watching the game, say he couldn't believe Auburn was getting beat by a high school team. I turned around and told him "that high school team beat Ole Miss in 2010 and is ranked in the top 5 I-AA... He asked what I-AA, and FCS, was.... Stupid blind SEC fan.

It is my thought that no matter who you are, if you put any team on your schedule (no matter if it is Ohio ST. all the way down to some high school team), you should expect to have a realistic chance beat them. Otherwise why put them there unless you are doing it only for the money, and if that is the case you need to think about going down a division or dropping some sports.

That Michigan team was SIGNIFICANTLY better at the end of the year than the beginning but that year was still a HUGE let down of a season. Look at who the upper classmen on that roster were. That season was a major let down. There were a ton of internal issues to start the year that caused many of the issues

I feel qualified to speak on that being the Michigan fan I am.

Sorry I know im late to this but wanted to congratulate JSU on their performance against Auburn. Been saying for months Jeremy Johnson was overrated and not going to be what Marshall was last year. They hyped this guy as they often do with many players who arent what they say they are. JSU hit Auburn square in the mouth and they are extremely embarrassed about this game. You proved that you dont have to get fancy to beat a supposed superior team, all you have to do is execute what you do well. You guys did. Auburn wont be a top 5 team either at years end. Not taking a thing away from JSU, they obviously have a great team this year, but Auburn is way overrated and so is their QB. Dont get me wrong, Auburn talent wise is as talented as anyone in the country so that alone makes them dangerous, but as far as a team they either arent very good or are just struggling some right now. They really didnt look good against Louisville either. That said, JSU isnt supposed to be able to come into Auburn and do anything like they did, yet pushed Auburn around. I love it.
