Eastern Illinois senior quarterback Jalen Whitlow is one of 32 returning players that have been named to the College Football Performance Awards FCS National Performer of the Year Watch List.** The award, which will be handed out on Jan. 13, 2016, is presented by CFPA to the top FCS offensive player.
